First and foremost, being a part of a company that goes out of their way to make sure every employee is heard/ understood is graceful within itself. The staffing coordinator Stephanie is quite delightful, very optimistic and Does a great job at what she does. The HR recruiter Tiffany Provides wellness check ups, Recognizes her employees for their achievements/ accomplishments, and that’s something that I have never had. My mental health does not go unnoticed and it’s refreshing to know that it matters. Shifts are always available, the pay is great and the Clients are delightful. Being a part of a company that actually cares and shows that they care Is a breath of fresh air I’m grateful to be part of a great team.

I used Brightstar to pick me up from surgery and stay with me overnight. It gave me such peace to know they screen all the employees and are bonded and insured. Chantell, the certified home health care professional that picked me up , was just wonderful and provided excellent care. She is so positive and upbeat that she lifted my spirits after surgery. I highly recommend her and the Brightstar organization.
My aunt was taken care of by Myeshia Williams for over 3 years. She was so loving and professional with her care and was the only caregiver outside of our family and her physical therapist that my aunt trusted. She was gentle, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my aunt's wellbeing. She went above and beyond to do things that she knew would help my aunt improve, including reaching out to her family that lived far away to let us know we could come and visit. She made our visits comfortable and enjoyable but, allowed us time with our aunt without interference. She was a great communicator and made sure that our aunt called one of us at least once a week. We are moving our aunt to an assisted living home closer to family but, we are sad to leave Myeshia and highly recommend her to any family needing care for their loved one. She is a gem!
