With a degree in business & finance, and a career spanning over a decade, Sara has honed her skills in various aspects of healthcare administration, including payroll management and billing processes. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency have been instrumental in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth financial workflows within the organization. Sara brings a wealth of experience to her role as Branch Manager at BrightStar Care.

Sara's leadership style is characterized by collaboration, transparency, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. She believes in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering her team to deliver the highest standard of care with compassion and integrity.

In her role as Branch Manager at BrightStar Care, Sara is dedicated to upholding the company's commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families in need. With her expertise, passion, and dedication, Sara is instrumental in ensuring that BrightStar Care remains a beacon of excellence in the healthcare industry.

Prior to starting her career at BrightStar Care as our HR Director, Cara was a medical social worker at a large hospital. She received her MBA from the University of South Alabama and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager. Cara chose to come on board with BrightStar because she wanted to do something more meaningful and appreciates the difference BrightStar can make in people's lives. Cara values teamwork and building strong relationships with clients and coworkers. 

Stephanie Wippler is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Since becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2013, Stephanie has gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings, providing compassionate care to pediatric and geriatric patients. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Healthcare Management from Pensacola State College. This educational achievement reflects her commitment to continuous learning and further equips her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her field.

Stephanie's journey led her to BrightStar Care, where she found the perfect platform to leverage her most coveted qualities of compassion and generosity to positively impact the lives of others. As a member of the BrightStar Care team, Stephanie is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to every client she serves.

Her passion for healthcare, coupled with her extensive experience and commitment to professional growth, makes Stephanie an invaluable asset to BrightStar Care and the community it serves. Tarquin Brown was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. He graduated from Washington High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University. Tarquin is a 15-year Army Veteran. Prior to joining the BrightStar Care team, he spent 4 ½ years recruiting the best and brightest men and women to serve our country’s military. He has excelled in all facets of operations management from procurement and planning to logistics. In his spare time, Tarquin enjoys attending all types of sporting events.
