Our Staff at BrightStar Care^® Passaic and Bergen County

Ari founded BrightStar Care of Passaic and Western Bergen Counties in March 2020. His firsthand experience with home care for his grandparents and his father revealed the invaluable support, reassurance, and compassion that home health aides and nurses provide to families and their loved ones. Having grown up in northern New Jersey, Ari is dedicated to serving the community that has shaped him.

Adriana joined BrightStar Care in 2020, initially as a Customer Care Manager, was promoted to Community Liaison, and then to Director of Operations (DOO). In her capacity as DOO, Adriana oversees the operation to ensure BrightStar offers the highest standards in customer service, quality care, and patient safety. In 2025, Adriana won BrightStar’s Operational Leader award! When not at work, Adriana enjoys time with her husband and busy life as a mom of three boys!

Gloria has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She has cared for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a diverse range of disciplines including homecare, hospital, and facilities. When Gloria is not at work, she enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with her family (including 12 chickens).

Kaitlyn joined BrightStar Care as a Customer Care Manager in September 2024. She graduated from Michigan State University in May 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology, and minors in Health Promotion and Business. Kaitlyn has a strong passion for geriatrics and a deep desire to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults and special needs clients. Her interest in home care was driven by her prior volunteering experience and compassionate support for those in need. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, rescuing dogs, and listening to country music.

Tina joined BrightStar Care in 2019 and, as the primary Customer Care Manager, is responsible for client and caregiver scheduling, coordination and communication. Her main goal is to match home health aides with their clients, and to keep everyone happy! Her career included time as a corporate mid-level manager, juggling multiple teams and tackling everything from asset management to negotiating contracts. 

Patti joined BrightStar Care in 2025, after having a career in real estate, and being a caregiver for her parents. Prior to this, Patti served as the Director of Community Outreach at a national non-profit in the NYC Metro area. Her sales and outreach experience, along with her degree in social work, enables Patti to bring thoughtful direction and expansion of our services to BrightStar's clients and their families. She is proud to be an advocate in her community for those with breast cancer, special needs and mental health issues. Patti and her husband enjoy walking their family's rescue dogs, attending school events for their children, and relaxing at the beach with a good cup of coffee.
