The Senior Citizen Activity Center in Fair Lawn, NJ is a program for seniors of all abilities and interests. The goal at SCAC has an array of activities for seniors to participate in from stretch classes, line dancing, friendship club, and more. Nutrition classes are also available for Fair Lawn seniors ages 60 and up, and will help you plan balanced meals throughout the day, provide resources for services in the area that will help in regards to nutrition, and provide social support.
