I would highly recommend Brightstar for help with care. They are easy to work with, flexible, well staffed and generally responsive. Adrianna Roberts was my first introduction to the company and has continued to help and answer questions throughout our time. As for the care, they make sure that the aide's are a good fit, nurses check in (not just appointments required by the state) and have coverage if there is a vacation. Bernice Appeaning, my father's live in aide, has made such a difference in all of our lives. Truly life changing.

I can't say enough good things about the BrightStar Care of Passaic and Bergen County team. I reached out to them when my mother needed 24 hour care after a surgery when we couldn’t be with her and they took the time to help me understand care options for her during a really stressful time. The advice they gave me was thoughtful, practical, and showed how great they are about helping families. My siblings and I have used Bright Star for several years now to help care for our 93 yr old mother with Alzheimers. We have been very satisfied with their services and cannot say enough for the current aides Judith and Annelly who are genuinely caring and attentive to mom's needs and my family has had the comfort level of knowing they are very reliable. At times when an aide was out sick or on vacation, Bright Star always makes the effort to arrange for alternate aides and is readily in communication with the family to let us know of any scheduling changes. Overall a positive experience.
