As a caregiver at BrightStar, I treat all of my clients as if they were my Family. Over the last almost two years, I have met some clients that will always hold a special place in my heart. They don't only help Lynn, with tasks around the house but also, entertain her by playing music for her, reading, talking,excercing with her,&, just paying full attention to Lynn. Lynn loves,&, can't wait to see them every week. I can't speak highly enough about Brightstar,&, their staff. Most of all, Sandy,&, Maddie, make her Laugh! That's most important!

So fortunate to be able to contact Suzette at any time to update issues, change work dates due to vacation or dr apts. Suzette always remains positive and always responds in a timely manor.

Bright star caregivers are for the most part, very caring and attentive, and quick to respond when there are issues. Caregiver’s we have worked with both Ilda and Suzette have been extremely helpful with helping us. Keep mom in her home. Also, she can at times be difficult, and they are very experienced to know how to handle those situations.

Liz is a great employee she is a very driven person she came in my home and started immediately doing things in my home without being told she is kind and thoughtful of my needs she is worth 10 stars on a 5 star scale
