Jonathan graduated from Bethel University with a BA in Political Science in 1984.His interests have always been in serving others. Jonathan volunteered for 9 years with the Geneva Emergency Services and Disaster Agency with a final rank of First Lieutenant. During this time, he began working in sales and moved into management. Eventually, Jonathan had the opportunity to become part owner of a company in Chicago where he stayed for 13 years. Jonathan was first exposed to Brightstar as a client. He and his wife were caregiving for her parents who were both on hospice. They used Brightstar to enable us to get some rest at night. Two years later, in 2012 he had the opportunity to join BrightStar Care as a Branch Manager in Illinois. Jonathan became Vice President of Operations in 2013 and remained there until March of 2021 when he had the opportunity to partner in a new BrightStar Care location in Gainesville, Florida. His motivation stems from knowing he has the opportunity “Make More Possible” and serve those in need daily.

Rose was born in Reading Pennsylvania, she worked in several areas of HealthCare after graduating from Reading High School. She started her healthcare journey by obtaining her certification in Medical Billing while working in Group homes and Assisted Living Facilities as a CNA/Resident assistant. She moved to Florida in 2001 and worked in Home Health Care while obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business management.  After finishing her degree, Rose worked for two different Home Care companies over the next 15 years as a Regional Business Manager and finally as an Administrator.    Now with BrightStar Care, she is excited to bring her faith, knowledge and experience to making an impact as Administrator/Branch Manager at BrightStar Care of Orlando

Cadiza was born, raised and where she will always call home, Queens, NY. She graduated from NYSMD as a certified medical assistant and Phlebotomist in 2014. Started in primary care with all ages of patients from newborns to geriatrics for 4 years. She started a family in 2017 and was a stay-at-home mom for 2 years. In 2019 had the opportunity of working with LabCorp during Covid for 1 year which then led to moving to Orlando, FL in 2021. Women's Care Florida OB/GYN embraced her for 1 year and was able to further her education to obtain her certification as a certified clinical medical assistant. In 2022 she started her journey in home care with Assisting Hands. Gratefully in 2024 the next chapter bought her to Bright Star Care. She enjoys spending her time alongside her husband and watching their 4 children young children grow with family and friends. 

Genesis was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Miami at 8 years old. Studied and graduated from West Coast University with her bachelor’s in science of nursing, now with 5+ years of experience. Prior to becoming a RN, she was a CNA for 3 ½ years. Genesis' health care background ranges from working at nursing homes, hospitals, and home health. During her time working at the hospital, she specialized in the cardiac stepdown unit and pediatric cardiac intensive care unit. She was also a BrightStar home health field nurse, working with her very own set of patients. Recently transitioned to the Director of Nursing role in December of 2023. Other than her work, she is a very spontaneous person. She is passionate about traveling and spending quality time with her family. On occasions, she also plays slow pitch softball alongside her husband.
