Since I was new to this kind of service, Brightstar took the time to answer all of my questions, and to clearly explain the terms and procedures. Every person who spoke to me by phone and came to see my father in his home was courteous and respectful, professional and knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I highly recommend them!

I simply cannot say enough positive things about this agency and the aids and services that they provide. My father lives in a facility and has had the same dedicated Brightstar caregiver living with him for many years. The few times that his aide does go on vacation, they always have provided a wonderful, temporary replacement and the transitions have always been seamless. The Brightstar team has always been supportive and attentive, but recently they went above and beyond by also helping us quickly set up VA benefits. Their expertise and prompt action made a huge difference in easing the process, and we are incredibly grateful. Knowing that my father is in such capable hands with his Brightstar aide, gives me great peace of mind, especially as I live out of state.

The aide that we have from BrightStar is fabulous. She is very pleasant and extremely helpful. She is excellent in helping my wife, Marilyn, with her shower and getting dressed and helping with meals. She quickly learned our household schedule and now does almost everything without us even having to ask. One day, when our aide had to take off, BrightStar sent another aide. She was also very pleasant and helpful. We have not had any communication issues with BrightStar. They have been very responsive to our questions and needs.
