Over the past year, Mary has exemplified reliability by having no call-offs, addressing concerns about client boundary issues with care and professionalism, and always being willing to lend a hand when fellow caregivers request time off. Her actions truly embody our Core Values, including consistency, integrity, and serving with passion.
Mary’s impact hasn’t gone unnoticed by her clients either. One client, who was initially hesitant about working with a new caregiver, shared how thrilled they are to have Mary as part of their care team, calling her a “great asset.”
Beyond her client work, Mary stays on top of her responsibilities by consistently completing her monthly Relias trainings and working every other weekend without fail.
