I've been using bright star for about six months and I have never been happier with a nursing company than I am now. Lyda is the most compassionate and caring nurse I have had she goes above and beyond to make sure my quality of life is as good as she can make it! Everyone at this company has bent over backwards to make sure my care is met 100% and I cannot thank Allison enough.

4/21/2024 I know I reviewed Brightstar before but want to reiterate how instrumental Brightstar is in allowing caregivers the opportunity to take a break to address other parts of their lives while having peace of mind that their loved ones are well cared for. Recently I had to be out of town but Judith, Jeanelle and Saffron seamlessly stepped in and gave wonderful care to my parents. I am so grateful that I can leave knowing my parents will receive loving care. Thank you, Brightstar!
2/3/2025 Even though our needs have changed, the wonderful care that we receive from Brightstar remains constant. After my mom passed, Allison helped me work out a plan of care for my dad. Melanise, Evelynn and Hawa have stepped in and have cared for him while keeping him comfortable in his own home. I am so grateful for the warm environment they maintain for him and the flexibility Brightstar shows by sending care providers when we need them. Thanks again, Brightstar!
I have been a patient of Brightstar for over 4 years now. They are by far the best care providers I've ever encountered. Everyone I've spoken to from there has been polite and professional and, unlike others, they actually care about their patients. My nurse (Lyda) ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure I'm safe, healthy and comfortable. I would highly recommend their services

We hired Bright Star to come into our home to help care and help keep our child, who struggles with her mental health, safe around the clock. They were hired to be additional eyes to watch over her. They have been so much more than we anticipated. They have been so good with our daughter and they go above and beyond. We are so grateful and appreciative for all they have done for us. We highly recommend the services they provide.

BrightStar Care has provided our Dad with 24 hour care, comfort and compassion. Allison is quick to answer any questions that we have concerning Dad because she and the staff know just how important that he is to all of us! Claudia, Wanna and others often cook and clean, make sure that he gets his daily paper and make him comfortable in so many ways. I can see the love, kindness and respect that has developed between Dad and his caregivers and you really can't put a price on that or the comfort and breathing time that it allows the whole family!
