Andee was compelled to open his own home care agency after witnessing the value home care had on his family, following his grandmother's terminal illness diagnosis. Experiencing first hand the impact of quality home care, he wanted to ensure that others in similar situations received the same services that brought so much comfort to his family.

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in healthcare, Mark Hughes has established himself as a prominent leader in nursing. A licensed Registered Nurse in both Ohio and Michigan, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Director of Nursing.

Mark served as the Director of Nursing at the University of Michigan Hospital for more than a decade, where he was instrumental in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. His commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery is matched only by his effective communication skills, which enable him to interact successfully with all levels of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and healthcare representatives.

Mark is eager to elevate his career further in a leadership capacity, where he can continue to contribute to the nursing profession and improve patient outcomes!

Laura Gipson is a dynamic leader and the Director of Business at BrightStar Care of Northwest Ohio, where she plays a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing delivery of care.
