I’m Jackie Steiner and I am the Director of Operations at BrightStar Care.I joined this incredible team in June of 2022, bringing over 20 years of operational leadership experience. I am primarily responsible for assisting the office team with day-to-day operations while providing support to our clients and field staff. I have spent most of my professional career in industries that focus on health and wellness, finding the greatest satisfaction in serving others.I am proud to work for a company that strives to meet the needs of our clients and families with the highest standard of care and professionalism. There is nothing more exciting than meeting new people, hearing their stories, and being inspired. When I am not working, I enjoy being outdoors and listening to live music, but most importantly, spending time with my son, boyfriend, and our families.

I have a seasoned 20-year tenure in the Human Resources and Finance sectors with professional ethos deep rooted in ethical practices. Through these professional industries I was put on a path that led me to BrighStar Care in April of 2021. My professionalism is marked by significant contributions where gaining this experience has allowed me to set a benchmark in customer service excellence. With a keen eye for detail and a heart full of compassion, I try to consistently demonstrate my ability to understand and address the nuanced needs of both clients and employees. My approach to customer care goes beyond mere transactions; it's about building lasting relationships based on trust and understanding while prioritizing transparency and integrity. While my family and friends are the most important thing in my life; I am an avid water enthusiast, with a passion for swimming and free diving.
