We’re grateful to Bright Star for their flexibility and availability since my husband's release from the hospital was delayed and we had to keep them on standby for more than a few days. We are especially grateful that they sent us Mickey! She has been wonderful—listens to what we need and is completely focused on my husband and being his advocate every step of the way. She’s knowledgeable and creative in her responses to any new challenges that arise. Couldn’t be more pleased—and appreciative.

Brightstar Northbrook IL has been excellent. They have professional , trained Caregivers that provide excellent companionship for my wife. They are trustworthy and Friendly We have had 2 Caregivers , both named Tatyanna and they have both been great. The office staff at Northbrook has been very helpful and thorough. I recommend highly.
12/23- update- We've also had Nori B. for one month now providing great companionship for my wife. Nori is excellent. She accompanies my wife for long walks indoor and out to make sure she gets exercise and takes her for lunch to make sure she is having fun and engaging with people. We trust Nori completely She's a highly trained Nurse, very friendly and professional.

I’ve had an incredible experience working at BrightStar Care. From day one, I’ve felt supported by the entire Northbrook team. The leadership genuinely cares about employee wellbeing, and they go out of their way to ensure we’re equipped to provide the best care possible. The training is thorough, and any time I’ve needed assistance or guidance, there’s always someone available to help. Toni and Aba are always available to answer questions, provide encouragement, or a good laugh.
What I appreciate most is the flexibility and understanding with scheduling, which allows for a good work-life balance—something that can be hard to find in healthcare. Plus, the positive feedback we get from clients and their families makes the work incredibly rewarding. Working here has truly been a fulfilling experience, and I’m grateful to be part of such a compassionate team!

Unexpectedly, I needed caregiver help on a short term basis, and with little advance notice to BrightStar Care. The staff came through efficiently and timely, and paired me up with a wonderful caregiver, Joann.
