  • Andi Horger, MHA, BSN, RN

    Administrator/Director of Operations

As Administrator/Director of Operations I am responsible for leading, managing, and holding all branch staff accountable for delivering consistent and high-quality care to every client.

I have been with this agency for 15 wonderful years. Prior to working for Brightstar Care, I worked in many different nursing environments including acute/critical care, legal nurse consulting, and post-traumatic neurorecovery. I enjoy working at Brightstar Care because we assist and enable our clients to stay in their private homes where they can receive private duty personal care and skilled nursing and physical therapy services. We help family members care for their loved ones by offering our assistance allowing them some respite from being the caregiver. We offer our clients a way to remain independent with a little help when needed for personal care, shopping, getting to doctor’s appointments, and assisting with light housekeeping. We also provide skilled nursing care for those clients that have more medical needs. I know how valuable a professional caregiver can be from personal experience. My mother has been able to remain in her home because of her Brightstar caregiver. She has told me many times that her caregiver, whom she has had for over a year now, is “her family”. Without her caregiver, my mother would not be able to live in her own home. I know this is the same situation that many of our current families are facing. It is very rewarding to know we are helping people every day, making more possible for them and offering a higher standard of homecare services.
