Caregivers report on the client’s daily physical and mental health, as well as provide comfort and companionship. Caregivers perform non-medical tasks and personal care.
Full Time Caregiver Benefits
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.
- Assist clients with daily personal hygiene.
- Assist client with active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care, as well as observing the client’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
- Develop and promote a safe environment to provide quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide client with help walking and transferring to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping.
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.
- Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions.
- Ensure client’s rights are adhered to
- Treat client, family, and staff with courtesy and respect.
