Mark Soloff is the President and Owner of BrightStar Care® of Morris and Essex County, NJ.  He is fulfilling a dream of owning a business that makes a difference in the lives of residents of Morris County.  Mark believes that “we have a great responsibility to the community to provide the highest quality care and to help everyone that we can”.  BrightStar Care® of Morris and Esex County, NJ provides a range of compassionate, person-centered skilled and non-skilled care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors, in the safety and comfort of their homes.  Mark is very enthusiastic about his team and feels that the dedication and compassion of the Office and Field Staff is the key to continued success. Mark and his team go above and beyond to meet the client’s needs – our customer service centers around providing peace of mind to our clients and their loved ones.   With a background in marketing and sales, it was not until a health incident with his father that made him realize the value and importance of home health care. Through the incident, he experienced the panic and confusion that thousands of other sons, daughters, mothers, wives and husbands go through every year trying to quickly find a safe and caring place for their loved ones.  Mark knew that he wanted to be a part of making the process easier for those in need and saw the opportunity to do so through ownership of the BrightStar Care® of Morris County.

My love for healthcare started at a young age, growing up taking care of my family and friends. In 2010, my dream was realized when I became a Registered Nurse.  My dedication to providing the highest quality compassionate care has allowed me to continue to grow.  That passion for quality care has continued, since I started working for BrightStar Care® of Morris County, NJ as the Director of Nursing. At Brightstar Care, in cooperation with our Clinical Team, we aspire to provide the highest standard of care for our clients and families by not just focusing on medical needs, but also emotional and spiritual needs as well.

 I am currently enrolled in a Master’s Program and my ultimate goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. My professional experience has been focused on the adult/ geriatric population. I had the opportunity to care for the underserved population as well as working in private practice within a multi-specialty group.  Also, being fluent in Portuguese and Spanish has allowed me to reach a larger client base. I have been very fortunate to meet wonderful professionals and clients that have helped me become the person that I am today and gave me the inspiration to want to be a better person and professional every day.
