Caregiver Support Coping Techniques and Meditation
CareOne at Livingston Assisted Living and Brightstar Home Care will be co-hosting a support group for caregivers with loved ones who have all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. The group's goal is to support caregivers in the local community and provide coping techniques to help encourage and empower family care giving.
