I left brightsar care because all caises was so far from my house but the staff is really organized specially Alana Mark they always looking to help you I recommend you guys go there and work with them

I can't say enough about the kindness, love and professionalism my family has received from both the office staff and the wonderful aides at BrightStar. The truth is we knew we needed help caring for our loved one after a stroke but had no idea how to go about it. From my first conversation with Alana she put our minds at ease. She walked us through step by step and answered every question we had. She understood our needs and fit us with two wonderful aides Margaret and Zena. Our loved one can be a handful and they are so loving and caring they are like family now. Thank You so much to all.

Brightstar Care provided compassionate, wonderful aides for our Dad in his final days. George and Daniel became part of our family and took the most wonderful care of our Dad. They were kind, caring, and absolutely lovely to be with. They were both truly wonderful and gave our dad dignity in very difficult circumstances. Alana and Grace in the office were also a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We cannot recommend Brightstar Care highly enough - they are wonderful

Our current care partner - Ashaloy - has been absolutely fantastic. Her kindness, patience, expertise, good humor, positivity and sheer JOY have made a very challenging time much easier to bear, and we are very grateful. My sister and I were extremely pleased by the service we received from everyone we worked with at BrightStar Care. Our 90 year old father was recuperating from a serious fall, and he was in need of help. Brightstar sent an angel, Ashaloy, to us. She was positive, professional and had our dad on a routine that he thrived in. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!!

BrightStar has been a blessing to us during a very difficult time. From the start, Alana was immediately helpful and acted as if you were the only item on her plate for the day. That kind of help is so important when you are going through hard times.
