If you are a Bethesda senior looking for excericse classes that promote heart health, Yoga From the Heart is the class for you! In this program, you will learn how to manage physical, spiritual, and emotional stress after an episode, or diagnosis of heart disease. This class is for all physical types, and adaptions can be made to any postures.Bethesda seniors will also learn breathing techniques, mediitation, and other relaxtion that helps to fight heart disease. Stress management is key to maintaing heart health, so that will be a key part of the program.
