Life is a Zoo CEU program with Seasons Hospice and Tribute at Black Hill
Brightstar Care of Montgomery County along with Seasons Hospice and Tribute at Black Hill hosted an interactive and engaging CEU entitled, Life is A Zoo.
This program was attended by nurses, case managers and social workers, with 1 CEU credit hour given to attendees. The speaker from Seasons, Terri Canaday, led the talk which helped to gain an understanding of different personality types. We had a very lively discussion on how to best communicate with each of the different personality types which included a lion, beaver, otter and golden retriever. Traits of each personality type were discussed and participants had a great time finding out what personality type they were based on taking a personal inventory of traits related to each personality type. It was a positive and fun way to talk about how to be a better communicator. Everyone came away with a new appreciation for why an organization works best with input from all personality types.
