Kim Martindell, BrightStar Care of Montgomery County's Director of Nursing, leads the staff Covid-19 testing program for our Home Healthcare Team. Open to all employees, this testing program offers a quick and seamless way to get tested, and a flexible schedule for the caregivers. The testing program adds another layer of screening practice to the screening already in place, including temperature checks and screenings and documentation of this information. All caregivers with Brightstar Care use mobile technology, where they can record this information in “real time, and gives a direct line to the care team, including our Director of Nursing. We are so grateful to Kim and the entire team for giving a higher standard of care.
