While working with the elderly and the ill, Jana also felt the need for a compassionate and caring homecare agency in our area. Jana knows what trauma families face when a patient goes home after a hospital stay but cannot arrange a dependable caregiver. Jennifer Bisbee
Vice President of OperationsI have been with BrightStar Care for 11 years in March. I have been in the home health care field for a total of 15 years. I started as a Pharmacy Technician and then shifted my focus to Medical Secretary. After school, I worked in case management handling billing aspects for providers to consumers 60 and older. I enjoyed the interaction with the providers on a day to day basis assisting with claim issues. I eventually sought a position with BrightStar Care, where I have now been since March 2009. I enjoy the ability to help individuals remain safe and independent in their own home. In my free time, I spend it with my daughter (Rylee) and family & friends. -
