    BSN, RN | President/ Owner
    I am a proud Navy veteran, having served as a Hospital Corpsman for 12 years, where I developed a passion for caring for my fellow service members. One of my key goals when opening BrightStar Care was to become credentialed through the VA to serve veterans in our community—something we have proudly achieved.
    My journey in healthcare didn’t stop with my military service. After completing my time in the Navy, I returned to school and pursued a career in nursing, gaining experience in medical-surgical units, oncology, dialysis, and pediatrics. Nursing is more than a profession for me—it’s my passion. Owning BrightStar Care has given me the opportunity to not only deliver a highest standard of care but also to mentor and train nurses while staying actively involved in patient care.
    Beyond my career, I am a mother of five, deeply rooted in the community we serve. I am honored to have a son who is a Navy veteran and another who is currently serving in the Army. As an immigrant from Cuba, I understand the importance of diversity in care and proudly speak Spanish to better connect with families from all backgrounds.
    I am also blessed with the unwavering support of my husband, Jeremy, who stands beside me as I pursue my mission of making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families. At BrightStar Care, we are more than caregivers—we are a team committed to excellence, compassion, and service.
