To Nurse Vickie To Nurse Candace BrightStar Care of Milford I have been a patient of BrightStar since August of 2015 to September of 2024. I have been seen every 4 weeks for 9 years without fail by a visiting nurse and would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone in need of there services. Due to a medication change to be self administered I unfortunately will no longer require their services. I wanted to thank BrightStar, Vickie and Candace for the assistance over the last several year. Thank you S Socci Blackstone, MA

Writing another review for Vickie as we approach the end of the year. My previous company told me I wasn't allowed to have any appts before or after on the day of my infusion so I could wait on them and they weren't giving me even 12 hours notice when I'd be seen, and more than half of 2022 was on a different day than we'd agreed on. Since Vickie started seeing me, we've only had to change the day of my appt 7 times (mostly due to other appts I've had). I have had 350+ medical appts this year, many days with 3-4 a day, and would not have been able to attend them and get the care I needed this year if Vickie had not been SO consistent and reliable, and giving me plenty of notice when my infusion day needed to change. It took so much stress off me being able to rely on Vickie to communicate with me and be there when I needed her. Her schedule is packed with patients and somehow she's always found a way to prioritize getting me my infusion on our set day. She goes above and beyond every week!

I received ivig every 4 weeks. I am very lucky to have 2 very professional and proficient nurses Vicky and Darian .There very kind and caring and been with me some time now. There not just part of the team for my care they are truly part of my family to me.
