Mrs Tanya is one of the best she went right to my dad and made sure he was comfortable, so nice and very supportive friendly, she made my dad smile and he has not since he has been home! We can't say enough great things about the home care we received!! The nurses were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they made an extremely stressful situation feel so much better. Phillip and Christopher I enjoyed their visit, and they did a great job and showed me how to use the equipments. Very professional, polite and detailed I learned a lot around my home and use my equipment at home with less pain and challenge.

I’m basing this review on my experiences with one particular BrightStar nurse, Janet Vazquez. Janet is the best thing that could have happened to BrightStar’s new office in Raleigh, because it’s only by their nurses and their patients’ impressions that this business can be judged. Janet is knowledgeable, supportive, efficient, organized, and scarily punctual. (When your appointment is 10:00 pm, you need punctuality.) She’s clearly respected by her colleagues, and when she logs into the video chat that goes with my particular home care arrangement, they are uniformly happy to see her. I won’t go into the specifics of my home care routine, but suffice it to say that it includes plenty of stuff that no one ever told us that someone would be helping us with in our older years. Janet makes what could feel embarrassing or even humiliating a matter of simple routine. I’m pleased to judge BrightStar by Janet, and pleased to recommend them both.
