If you can identify this problem, it is time to address it with some healthy habit changes. Make it a goal to start your day off with a solid breakfast, and try to avoid the fast food and high sugar drinks. Eating healthy will bring back your energy, which in turn will combat some of that stress you have.

Engaging in consistent exercise will provide you more energy, you will feel better, and it will be a set time you have to shut the mind off and just go.
Bonus Tip: Remember to Breath
The feeling of constantly being on the go often causes stress if we let it take us over. It’s very easy to look back at night after a long day and realize that you never took the time to take a step back and take a deep breath. Although it may sound cliché, taking 5 minutes in the middle of the day to do some deep breathing exercises can be very effective in forcing stress out of the body. Calm yourself down, close your eyes, and then get back to your day! The first step to relieving stress is identifying that you are struggling with it. Look at your daily routine with an open mind and see what negative routines you can replace with positive ones. Making an effort to become healthier will be something you will not regret.
