Overall my experience with brightstar has been one of the best. There are times when the office gets confused or doesn’t understand what is going on with my care. Tatianna and Stephanie have both called when my nurse was at my house to verify information that has already been given multiple times. With that being said… my nurse that has been with me since the beginning of my need for home health is AMAZING! Erica always goes out of her way for her patients including calling pharmacies and doctors to inform them of changes I have had. She ensures that everything done (lab work and dressing changes of PICC line) is in a sterile manner. I am BIG on making sure that infection control of my line is performed correctly! Overall she is an amazing person and makes you feel like family when you are in her care! I’m hoping, eventually, I won’t need these services but if I do, I will only use Brightstar

Erica Sutton is my nurse and she is fabulous! I love her. She’s kind caring and very efficient! She’s the best nurse I’ve had in years! Really value her and appreciate it her and the great job she does with me! Thank you so much ❤️👊🙏

James Zertuche he is a very understanding, helpful, kind therapist. He is very easy to talk to and is always asking if I have a question. Most of all he forms a relationship with his clients as if they are family. I have always said he is the best therapist you could have.

Following knee-replacement surgery I had James Zertuche as my physical therapist and he is awesome! A true caregiver, James genuinely cares about your full recovery. I will request James when I have my other knee done later this year. He is certainly among the best there is.

Jacqueline Ramirez is my mother O. Mtz nurse and she is amazing!!! My mom speaks so highly of her and she refers to her as an "angel"! She goes above and beyond for our mother and she even responds to her on weekends! We are so thankful to Bright star for sending Jacque. We are firm believers that God puts certain people in our path for a reason!
