BrightStar Care of Lubbock is excited to announce a new program to help us thank our community for supporting nurses, therapists, and CNAs in connecting with our team! Our team is growing, and we want to participate in our family and friends referral Program
This referral program is dedicated to non-employees of BrightStar Care of Lubbock. Through a online portal, Social Media and phone call community members are able to refer individuals who they think would be a great fit for our positions.
How The Program Works
If you know of someone who meets our qualification mentioned below and you think they would be a great fit on our team you can submit their contact information through our online form, phone call or emailing our team. You will receive a confirmation of your submission and a description of what to expect.
Our recruitment team will contact your submission within 24 hours discuss the opportunities to join our team. If your submission joins our team, you will get a payout based on the table below.

Depending on the role, your referral must meet certain qualifications to join our team. Below is an outline of qualifications for our positions:
