For our 5th year in a row, BrightStar Care© of Lubbock has been awarded the Provider of Choice certification. The Provider of Choice is awarded by Home Care Pulse and is a program that BrightStar Care© of Lubbock voluntarily participates in every year. This award is based on client satisfaction ratings collected by Best of Home Care. To qualify for the award BrightStar Care of Lubbock had to meet several guidelines:
- Be a Home Care Pulse Certified Trusted Provider
- Outperform other home care agencies in our area
This award means so much to our team. It is a reflection on the outstanding nurses and therapists that serve our clients. It shows our commitment to be more than another home health company but a company that puts our hearts for service into action here in the South Plains Communities.
