I’ve been looking everywhere for care for my father and I came across Bright star care . I can honestly say the service has been wonderful. I feel so at peace knowing that my father has a good aid looking after him . One time I called due to me being overwhelmed with my father and Lakisha ( employee ) calmed me down and made me feel heard . The office is easy to get in contact with. When I call for any concerns Lakisha , Nicole , and Toni always gives me the reassurance I need and always available to help . I’m pleased with services here and very thankful for all that they do .

I had a great exeperience with BrightStar Care! My sister and I were faced with some sudden, tough decisions on getting home care for our Mother. There is a lot to consider and the industry is complicated. Before we even made a final choice, Alex Katz from BrightStar Care spent time with us on the phone and even offered to visit with my Mom to help answer questions and evaluate her true needs. He did all this at no up front cost, no matter whether we chose BrightStar or not. Alex, was kind, patient, thorough, VERY knowledgeable, and very professional throughout our conversations with him.
