As we age, nature isn't on our side. Muscle mass breaks down, we lose some of the fatty padding in our feet making walking or even standing difficult, and we have fewer reasons to be mobile in retirement. But staying active should not be overwhelming! There are simple things you can do in your community to help your loved one move more, face less pain, and interact with others.
