Comprehensive Training & Certification
To help you excel in your new role, we provide a 40-hour Personal Care Aide (PCA) training course conducted by a registered nurse upon your arrival in the U.S. This training equips you with the essential skills needed to deliver high-quality home care services and obtain PCA certification. This structured training ensures that you feel confident and prepared as you begin your career in the U.S.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Legal Fees: Candidates are responsible for all their legal fees.
- Living Expenses: Candidates must have extra savings in addition to monthly pay to cover their own living expenses.

How to Get Started
Starting your journey with the BrightStar Care of Leesburg PERM Immigration Program is a straightforward process designed to ensure a smooth transition to employment in the U.S. Our role in the process is to conduct interviews and, if it goes well, you are guaranteed a full-time position with our company. However, the entire immigration process, including all legal expenses and government fees, is managed by the recruiting company/law firm we partner with. They handle all aspects of your immigration paperwork and have their own fee structures.
Here is how the process works:
Step One: Initiating the Process
Your first step is to contact one of the law firms or recruitment companies listed below. They will provide you with all the information you need regarding the cost, paperwork, and contract details.
Step Two: Interview with Us
After the paperwork is in order, the firm/company will forward your application to us. We will then conduct an interview to assess your fit for our full-time position. Following the interview, we will notify the firm/company of our decision.
Step Three: If Hired
We will keep in contact with you throughout your immigration process, which could take 2 to 5 years. We hope the government gets it down to 2-3 years. For some applications, especially during the pandemic, it took 5 years or more. Once you have obtained your visa, you will join us on a permanent resident status, and you can bring your family with you (if their documents were filed with yours).
