BrightStare Care was wonderful to my father. The aide arrived on time every day. She helped him bath, get dressed, made him breakfast, cleaned his room, did his laundry amongst many other things. I enjoyed having that time to myselft to run errands. The aide was nice to my father and listened to his needs. I would highly recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for some help caring for a loved one.

My family couldn't be happier. In one day, i had the coordinator, a nurse and a nurse's aide at my mom's ready to do the intake and take over. They provided 24/7 care until we switched to less care. My mom is a retired 83 year old nurse who used to train nurse's aides for home care. A tough critic! She couldn't stop going on about how attentive the care has been and especially fell in love with one care giver who anticipated her needs and was proactive. They showed up on time, kept track of appointments and communicated well. It was seamless and my family got much needed peace of mind and relief. CP

I highly recommend! My Dad has dementia and does not trust many people. He absolutely loves the aids who work with him! They are professional and caring. Christy has also been great to work with. BrightStar has been a blessing for our family.

Bright Star Care was recommended to me by my friend who also is an oncology nurse. My family was looking for someone to help with our mom who lives alone and is going through cancer treatments. Our aide, Zainab, has been great. She works with our mom Monday-Friday all day. She is caring, helpful and has easily adjusted to working with our mom and her needs. We are grateful to have found Bright Star.

After searching multiple companies, I came upon Brightstar Care of Lansdale. I finally found a company that actually does try to find a care taker, that matches well with the client. This company also takes the time to understand each client's individual and specific needs. Anne Politica has been wonderful with scheduling and making sure that there is always someone to cover all shifts. The caretakers are very dependable, helpful and kind. Management makes sure that the caregiver is trained for clients specific needs. I highly recommend Brightstar Care of Lansdale. Meghan is an absolutely awesome caretaker who always makes me laugh. Thank you Brightstar!

When we needed care for a loved one, we did what most families do and turned to a facility. While our grandmother did grow to love the place the world changed in 2020, and we all had wished we had been able to keep her home. She passed only a few months into the pandemic, and we as a family started discussing how we could help our family and others to make sure that they have other options for those they love.
