Tristina, a BrightStar Care employee has been helping us for close to a year. We have been very happy with her work. She always has a bright smile that matches her personality. Last Monday, my husband unfortunately fell. When asked if he taken his medication in the a.m. he told me he forgot. When I brought his medication to the table, Tristina noted the date on the side of the medication box and after double checking on her phone, she mentioned that they were yesterdays pills. Noting this very important information it was easy to explain to the Doctor why he fell. Thanks to Tristina's observation, I make sure that my husband takes his daily medication. BrightStar should be proud to have such a caring and astute employee.
