We needed a caregiver to spend nights with my Dad when he was discharged from the hospital. I called Bright Star around noon and they had someone to his house that night and every night after that while he needed care. The caregivers were very kind and considerate and did a wonderful job. Every time I phoned the office the call was answered immediately (by a person) and my questions were taken care of. BrightStar of Kissimmee was wonderful to work with and helped us out tremendously.
