The world may look a little different right now, but one thing hasn't changed: BrightStar Care's commitment to helping to end Alzheimer's.
This year, Walk to End Alzheimer's ® is everywhere — on every sidewalk, track, and trail.
Your health and safety are top priorities, so this year's event won't be a large in-person gathering. Instead, you are invited to walk in small teams of friends and family. In contrast, others in your community do the same because we are all still walking and fundraising for the same thing: a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research. This year, it may look different due to the Coronavirus, but the walk is moving forward in 2020 and will be everywhere – including West Plam Beach, FL, on Saturday, October 24th!
We encourage you to invite family, friends, and colleagues to walk with you. Plan to take a walk in your neighborhood, your community, your business, your school, or a place of worship.
How to participate: Register a team. A team can consist of one person. Or join a team and plan on walking on October 24th or whatever day and time works for you! Take pictures of your team and your walk. Send the photos to the Alzheimer's Association, and they will be posting pictures on their social media channels.
