David has 30 years of professional experience in healthcare operational leadership roles in post-acute and senior care with experience in independent and assisted living as well as skilled nursing, home health, hospice, rehabilitation services and clinical staffing. 

Jeanne is a licensed Physical Therapist and has treated in the acute rehab and senior care settings while also serving as the coordinator of clinical education for students majoring in physical therapy. 

Since acquiring BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, David and Jeanne have combined their knowledge and passion in serving others to elevate the company's services. Their leadership is characterized by a dedication to quality care, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the needs of their clients.  

In addition to their professional achievements, David and Jeanne have been married for 31 years and are proud parents of five children. Their strong family values and collaborative spirit are reflected in their approach to business, where they prioritize building meaningful relationships and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Addie holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor's degree in social work from Indiana University. With extensive experience in social services and long-term care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role at BrightStar Care. 

Her expertise instills confidence in clients and highlights the services designed to support their well-being and enhance their quality of life. As a trusted partner, Addie is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and advocating for the best interests of those she serves. 

For exceptional care for your loved ones, Addie is the ideal contact. When she’s not working, Addie enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, as well as engaging in biking and travel.

Scott is a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana State University. With 14 years of experience spanning long-term care, assisted living, hospital settings, and home health environments, Scott brings a comprehensive skill set to his role. 

As the manager of the Clinical team at BrightStar of Indianapolis, Scott leverages his extensive background to uphold high standards of care and ensure operational excellence. His broad experience allows him to effectively lead and support his team in delivering exceptional care. 

Outside of work, Scott is married and has two children. His eldest has graduated from Noblesville High School, and his youngest is currently a sophomore. In his personal time, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as participating in activities like tennis, golf, and computer games.

Iona is a familiar face at BrightStar Care, bringing 18 years of experience in the healthcare field to her role as Branch Manager. Her career began as a CNA at IU Health Day Surgery, where she developed a deep passion for patient care. Over her impressive 16-year tenure with BrightStar, she has worn many hats—working as a CNA, phlebotomist, Customer Care Manager, and now leading as Branch Manager. 

What draws Iona to home care is the chance to make a real difference. She loves seeing the positive impact her team has on the community and takes pride in watching patients successfully transition from services. 

When she’s not at work, Iona is dedicated to her family and community. She enjoys volunteering, spending time with her four daughters and five grandchildren, and being active in her church. Iona’s warmth, dedication, and extensive experience make her a valued and integral part of the BrightStar Care team.
