She was extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly, caring and kind. She put me at ease about the process and she made me very comfortable. She was thorough and her level of professionalism was second to none! She even exceeded my expectation by following up and checking on me after her visit. BrightStar Care of Howard County was excellent from start to finish. I needed an escort for a colonoscopy. I called with only a week's notice, but their warm, helpful coordinator, Karen, got me right in. She gave me a reasonable flat rate with no surprises. They assigned me Tiffany, a lovely, bright credentialed nurses aide with 6 years of experience. She's also one semester away from becoming a nurse! She was a delight to talk with! I am an older woman with all her faculties and I appreciate that they didn't treat me like a child. They let me take the lead interacting with the surgical suite but were there when I needed them. I can't speak highly enough about this team.
