As a previous employee, I have loved working at Brightstar. The staff here are so friendly and will work with you and your schedule always. They put the patients and caregivers first before anything else. It has been a true pleasure to work here.

We have been using Bright Star now for six months for my elderly father and they have been so kind, caring and helpful. The office staff(Ashley is our scheduler) are always helpful and work hard to make sure my dad is covered at all times when we need them. When a caretaker isn’t available for an appointment the office staff has always filled in to make sure he is covered. His regular caretaker is wonderful and loving and goes above and beyond to make him happy and provide the companionship and mental stimulation he needs. She spends a lot of time keeping him engaged and taking him on trips down memory lane. It’s not easy living far away from an aging parent but Bright Star has made it so much more manageable. I highly recommend!

My elderly father has used Bright Star Care not for almost a year and has been so satisfied with the level of service. His caretaker is so kind and a special level of camaraderie has been created between himself and her. He always looks forward to her care and has developed a sincere relationship with the wonderful woman that they provided for him. In these very difficult times Jason the manager is always there to support both the employees and the families and to try to make the transition to home care as easy as possible.
