With a career spanning over two decades, I bring extensive nursing expertise to BrightStar Care. My leadership is characterized by a commitment to patient care and nursing advancement. I have pioneered transformational leadership initiatives, significantly improving problem-solving processes within healthcare settings. My education includes a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership, completed with distinction.
What part of your job are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about enhancing not only patient care but also the welfare of healthcare workers and the environment they operate in, ensuring all feel valued and supported.
