If anyone is looking for a company that provides caregivers, Nurses or resources for seniors or any age looking for care BrightStar is the company to reach out to for sure. They have not only exceptional front desk staff but also the Caregivers, Nurses, OT , PT, medicine management and other needs for an injured relative or friend are outstanding, compassionate and competent. They also are very flexible and when I was at the mercy of the hospital they worked with me and were understanding. They also had suggestions and options. These days this is rare so if you are in need call and / or pass around their name.

I brought my husband home from the hospital after 26 days and needed round the clock care. BrightStar Care saved me! The Scottsdale office could not have been nicer or more thorough in setting me up as a customer and preparing to help care for my husband. The administrative staff is a pleasure to work with; everyone is incredibly responsive and the schedulers were willing to work with me to find the right team for my situation. The nurses at BrightStar are all top notch. We have worked primarily with Meg, who is a treasure, and has made a connection with my husband that helps in his recovery. She explains everything so throughly. The nursing team knows how to interact with the various doctors offices who are involved with my husband's care and have taken care of tasks I thought would have to be handled at a medical facility. It's made the transition from the hospital so much easier. I've encountered many great people on the caregiver team who exhibit a willingness to help and are compassionate about our situation. Sophia, Grace, Derrell, Clara, Dollie, Chanzelle and others have been extremely helpful. My situation seemed overwhelming and BrightStar Care helped make things so much better.

My father has been receiving care from Brightstar for quite some time now his caregiver is Lisa Klink. She is absolutely amazing. He adores her, her compassion and care is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to help my father he says he wouldn’t trade her in for anybody. So to Lisa, thank you for your exceptional care.

Bright Star Care is truly a 5 star organization. They are compassionate, flexible, accommodating and communicate effectively and efficiently. Both Grace and Fernanda are angels. Both were compassionate, caring and kind while providing wonderful care to my husband. It takes a special person to provide personal care services and these two young ladies are a blessing. BrightStar has been a helpful, reliable agency to meet my husband’s HHC aide needs while we spend the winter in AZ. The office staff is always pleasant and flexible in meeting our needs. The primary aide who worked with us, Harley, was competent, helpful and pleasant to have around. Our limited experience with Chanzel and Robert was also very positive. We look forward to working with BrightStar again next winter.

My caregiver Geneva was absolutely great and she went the extra mile for me with every task she performed in my home I look forward to seeing her on a regular basis High praise for Geneva‼️🙏

This was an amazing company to work for. They notice and acknowledge all the things you do, and make you want to go to work. They are one call away if you need anything and always with the best attitudes. It was one big team effort and it showed everyday.

My brother got ill suddenly and I could not get to visit him right away. He was in the hospital but I felt he needed more attention than he was getting and I wanted someone to be with him at All times if he needed anything. I called Brightstar on a weekend and someone picked up the phone after one ring and I was set up with a caregiver the next day. Everyone there spent a lot of time and were very caring. I recommend them 100% and I am very hard to please as I have been a physician for 30 years working mostly in the hospital. No matter how busy they were they always made me feel like my needs were most important. I could go an and on but I would encourage all to pick Brightstar for any care needs you won’t be sorry

Bright Star is a saving Grace for me in numerous ways and I am so grateful to have them! I am a military veteran and am very well treated by numerous staff members that I want to give a “Shout Out,” First to Eva and April my caregiver schedulers that try every way they can in getting my many needs and requests addressed in taking care of me! “Trust me,” I feel that at times I take them to their limits but they just roll with me! I am ever so grateful for them! An RN by the name of Robyn comes faithfully every week to see me and meticulously takes care of Blending my medications! She is a well Seasoned RN and very sweet! I am very Bless to have her as she watches over me and the medications that I take! She is like the “Energizer Sweet Bunny,” that just keeps on giving daily in her life! Highly focused! I also want to say Thank you to Marrissa a CNA that goes with me on appointments with the VA and Community Care! She really strives to diligently climb the ladder of the nursing world in her respectful and genuine care!! She genuinely cares about me, warns me of fall risks, takes charge with my care in interacting with medical staff and others in caring for me! She asks a lot of notable questions pertaining to my care! I feel extremely at ease with her and she appears to put me first over anything else! I am so fortunate to have her to help me! Another Thank you I want to give is to Stephanie as she comes and helps me with several things that I am so appreciative and grateful to have her! I also want to say that I miss McKenna where ever she may be as I haven’t seen her in a while but hope to see her again! All these genuine Caring people are an asset to Veterans, to others and to Bright Star! Just amazing people who genuinely care about you!

Brightstar provided a medical assistant named William to help my father after his surgery and we were very impressed. William punctually arrived each morning with his bag of supplies, big water bottle and smile. He watched as carefully as he listened, capturing all the information he needed to ensure safety and assist in providing a healing experience. William also understood that his companionship helped distract my father from his post-surgery pain and kept him engaged in thoughtful conversation. I was also impressed by Brightstar’s customer service staff, Trisha and Jessica, who kept me informed throughout every step of the process. They made it easy for me to provide the care my father needed. I will use Brightstar again to help me manage the health needs of my aging parents.
