BrightStar Care: Our HR Director, Lauren Wells, loves sending thank you cards to staff members who stand out. Lauren recently sent a thank you card to one of our LPNs, and below was her response in social media. Amber B: "Sometimes it's the smallest things that count! As many family and friends know i can not only work one job I am a busy body that has to stay on the go doing something. As most do not know that I am now coaching 3-4 year old basketball players and working 60-70 hours a week. It was going to the mail tonight that warmed my heart. A card arrived thanking me for working as hard as I do and for being a team player. I love my part time job almost as much as I love my full time job. As in any job it is stressful but hearing that I am appreciated after these past two weeks made me realize this was why I chose BrightStar as my second family.
