Brightstar has been a tremendous support and aide in helping me care for my ill wife. Management has always been readily available and responsive to my needs. And the aides assigned to us have been excellent. I highly recommend Brightstar.

Bright Star staff went above and beyond with my aunt's care. The owner Bob and his category coordinators kept us informed, they were creative in ways to engage our aunt with dementia and treated her with great respect. Bob is running a great organization. Beth, RN and family caregiver.

If I could give this agency 10 stars I would! I dealt with about six different elder care agencies for my Mom in the last several years and given all of the issues going on at this challenging time we are living in, Bright Star and all of their staff were absolutely amazing. Their level of caring, not just for Mom, but for me as the primary caregiver was outstanding. So much understanding and sensitivity about the whole situation. I found Bright Star by luck on a desperate evening when my 96 year old Dad was released from ReHab after surgery for a broken hip. My son and daughter-in-law and 3 granddaughters offered him a home with them. At that point he still need care 24/7 and we needed some help ASAP. After calls to several caregiver services that could not help. I called Bright Star and Bob answered. He let me know first off not to worry he would have someone there within the hour. In less than that I was shaking Bob’s hand and be reassuring by his calm demeanor and smile. With him was one if his caregivers. He spoke with my Dad and explained what was happening. My Dad was not thrilled about having a caregiver. Bob let him know that she would be there more to help the family than him. And Bob stayed on and worked out a protocol until the nurse-practitioner Erin could come the next day. Until my Dad passed away, and through his changing stages if physical decline and dementia, Bright Star was there as much or as little as needed. And when needed, there was always Bob visiting my Dad or listening to my fears and sometimes tears on the phone. With Bright Star as part of the process the journey was far easier than it might have been.
