Grapevine location of Brightstar have cared for my loved one for nearly 2 years and I have appreciated them for that. Although we recently left this agency, I would still highly recommend using this agency for your loved one. They followed my loved one's wishes to the best of their ability & communication between client/family and the schedule coordination (Mona) was strong. Whenever there was a staffing issue we were contacted immediately about it. I am a strong advocate for my loved one and want to make sure she is getting the quality of care that she deserves. Their business practice was also fantastic. The office is professional along with the caregivers/aide that they have supplied for us. Thank you to the office (& Melissa) for always being upfront and honest even though it may not always be best news - that shows character and I'm one to appreciate that.

BrightStar is a wonderful company that has exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail, kindness and availability plus the caregivers we have received at our home are outstanding fine people that have been a blessing to our family during a difficult time. My husband took ill and required day and night support as I had reached a point where it was too much to do by myself. Looking back I’m sure I was frantic when I called but Kris and Sofia were calm and professional and with their guidance everything went smoothly and has been working out perfectly. I highly recommend this company and am so thankful for their help and support.

I am a single mom of a 3 year old. He was diagnosed with the flu (dr said it would take 5 days to get over and he couldn’t go to daycare). There was no way I could miss 5 days of work...even 1 given the previous month’s cold season. We were fighting tempatures at 103 to 104 with this flu. I was concerned. Bright Star Care made me feel so secure about going to work. I had updates about tempatures frequently and pictures of him playing. The CNA made a nutrious breakfast and lunch for him. I felt like Mary Poppins with a lot of medical knowledge walked into my house! For the peace of mind with a sick little one, this service was so comforting when mom couldn’t be there!

I've had to use these people twice for transportation for cataract surgery. THEY STAYED IN CONTACT, ON TIME,EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and put everything up front with a staff of Rn's to boot! Nice to know.
