How long have you been a nurse? I have been a Nurse for a total combined eight years. I became an LVN in 2012 and went on to become an RN in 2016. What expertise and experience do you bring to BrightStar Care? I bring over 20 years of experience in the health care industry from private duty to home health. I started my career as a caregiver with a nationally known Home Care agency and after becoming a CNA, managed the office and field staff. With my wide range of experience in the healthcare industry, I am able to manage multiple employees with a clear understanding of their role they play within BrightStar Care.What part of your job are you most passionate about? Building strong relationships with our caregivers and Nurses. I believe our success comes from building a solid team of professionals and creating a foundation to support our relationship with our clients and community partners. I provide A Higher Standard of Care for our clients by... implementing “The 3 C’s”—Clinical Competency, Compliance and Continuity of Care. Our Skilled Infusion Nurses are some of the best in the industry that having devoted most of their career to providing in home infusions. I strive for clinical compliance by have current and updated policies and procedures. My Nurses understand the importance of clinical compliance and continuity of care and provide a higher standard of care with National Account recognition for our focus on continuity of care.
