Today I called and spoke with Kristen to inquire about their services for my grandmother. Kristen took her time to explain their services and educate me on all they do, as well as other services in the community that would be helpful to me. I really appreciated the time she spent with me. Kristen even set me up for a time to meet with Jonny in person to learn more and help guide me through the process of setting up care for my grandmother. So far each person I have engaged with at Brightstar has been professional, kind and compassionate. I look forward to welcoming them into my home to help my grandmother.
