Brightstar has been wonderful, they are very caring and supportive. I'm very thankful to have brightstar taking care of my wound and PICC line. The clinicians are very knowledgeable.
Ann Marie is always available and answers any questions that I have. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm cared for. My primary nurse Haley is great, she's kind and shows compassion. I would highly recommend Brightstar for all of your home nursing needs.

So, you're looking for home care for a loved one. Stop looking and call Bright Star. Folks are pleasant, professional and accommodating (trust me, a lot more than others I contacted). Major kudos to Jessica, Melissa, Anne-Marie and Haley (sp?). But, let me tell you about a caregiver named Pam Carroll. One year ago, she came into our home and by the second visit she became a trusted friend and very caring companion to my wife. I know she's paid for her service; but, the manner of her visits do not seem like a job to us. So, thank you Pam and Bright Star -- you folks do 'brighten' things up for my wife.

The actual people that take care of me are the most important in this evaluation…. Out of the three people that take care of me I want to let you know that Olivia is by far the best one, She is always with me regardless of the room that I am in. Followed by Kaitlyn who takes care of me on Sundays. Followed by Kay the problem with Kay is that she has no interest in spending the day with me…. All she does is sit in my kitchen and watches TV….

Did application online and got a call a day later for interview! The ladies in this company are soooo sweet. BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg has been a godsend to me and my family as we explore increased care for our aging family member. The manager, Jess, has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the scheduling process and the caregivers, Kiyenna, Ashante, and Traphine (so far) have been wonderful to our family, truly inserting themselves into our home in a respectful and caring way. We have begun to count on BrightStar as a regular piece of our care village and we simply could not do it all without them.
