Christina graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Health Care Management. While in college, she interned at Atrium Sanger Heart and Vascular (SHVI), after graduation was hired as a Live Answer Supervisor, working her way up the corporate ladder, ending her 7^th year at Atrium as Project Manager. She then transitioned into Home Health, starting at BrightStar Care of Rock Hill in 2021 as Customer Care Manager, quickly transitioned to the Branch Manager, in 2022, which is when she received Regional Operational Leader of the Year Award, among BrightStars nationwide.

Hobbies/Interests: Weekend trips to the mountains with the family, kickboxing and home projects.

Ashley graduated with her BSN from Chamberlain University and previously owned and managed several businesses before moving to the Charlotte area. Her clinical experience includes emergency, medical surgical and labor and delivery. Most recently, she spent the last 3 years as a Director of Nursing for a home care agency in the Charlotte area.

Hobbies/Interests: Boating, reading and spending time with her 6 children. (yes, 6!!)

Christine has been with the company for over seven years. She started her health care journey as a volunteer EMT and Fire Fighter in NY. After graduating from nursing school with her BSN from Regis University, she spent seven years as a staff nurse in the ER and the next seven years as an assistant nurse manager, further developing her leadership skills. She later became the Clinical Supervisor for the South Carolina Department of Correction for several years while working for BrightStar Care of Rock Hill as an infusion nurse in her spare time.

Hobbies/Interests: Reading, professional dance mom (not the crazy kind!), and loves to cross-stitch.

Keshonna started with BrightStar as a caregiver and quickly transitioned to the Customer Care Manager six short months later. She obtained her Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California in 2021 and is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Most of her health care experience is in Behavioral and Mental Health with adolescents. Most recently, she was awarded the 2023 National Mentorship Award among BrightStars nationwide.

Hobbies/Interests: Reading, Disney fan and is an animal lover! (Especially dogs!)

Sierra is from the Carolinas and was raised on a farm. She is an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and is CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner). She has climbed the corporate ladder in sales, being recognized as the #1 Top Sales Performer at W.S Badcock Corporation in 2018. She then transitioned into ALF Care where she started as a scheduler and most recently spent the last two years as the Director of Memory Care within the Rock Hill area. She is currently in nursing school to receive her RN in 2025.

Hobbies/Interests: Baking, loves mountain weekend trips and spending time with her dog “Butt”.

Steve graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in International Affairs then later received his MBA from Golden Gate University. He served as a pilot flying the C-130, O-2 and F-15 and as a parachutist in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard from 1982 to 1993, and then held various manufacturing leadership positions from 1991 to 2018 in large consumer goods manufacturers like Rubbermaid and Newell Brands. Steve also worked as an operations executive in the market research industry for Nielsen Audio Ratings; as the chief operating officer for two small manufacturing companies and as a fulfillment center manager for Amazon. Having lived previously in both Lake Wylie and Sumter, he now is excited to again be doing some meaningful work alongside the experienced BrightStar Fort Mill team.

Hobbies/Interests: Flying and instructing in airplanes (T-34 acrobatics/formation and Cirrus SR22’s), swimming and reading.
