  • Sean Trumbo

    President and Owner

Born and raised in Fayetteville, Sean Trumbo has been a proud resident of Northwest Arkansas for 55 years. He attended the University of Arkansas and has built a successful career as a business leader and entrepreneur.

Sean co-founded Athletic World Advertising in 1995 alongside Brick Ogden and S.B. Holley. In 1998, he became a partner at Nickle, Hill, Rodman & Trumbo. His dedication to the local community led him to serve on the Fayetteville Planning Commission from 2004 to 2010, acting as Chairman for the final three years.

In 2009, Sean entered the healthcare industry after experiencing firsthand the challenges of finding reliable in-home care for his grandmother. Determined to create a more professional, dependable solution for families in need, he founded BrightStar of Fayetteville & Bentonville. Under his leadership, BrightStar has consistently ranked in the top 50 out of over 400 BrightStar offices nationwide, and in 2014, he was honored with the BrightStar Brand Ambassador Award.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sean is passionate about staying active. He enjoys hiking, skiing, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with his three daughters, extended family, and friends.

His commitment to excellence, community involvement, and dedication to helping others continue to drive his work at BrightStar, ensuring families receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

With eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, Amanda discovered her passion for senior care through a friend who introduced her to the senior living industry. Helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of aging and healthcare has become her calling. In 2022, she joined BrightStar, bringing her dedication and expertise to the team.
