Needed help with my Mother after she had back surgery. Brightstar was a lifesaver. Professional and caring. We were truly appreciative of everyone who worked with us, from office staff to the care givers. Could not recommend them more!

I called Bright Star and was immediately in touch with caregivers and schedulers. Miss karmon is a champ and a huge help, very hard worker and knows when it is time to just fade away. Miss Katrina is excellent and is a take charge getter done type caregiver we enjoy having her in our home. Miss Joanne is a super star and just fits right in. Miss Audrey does a amazing job and communicates very well. Miss Rebekka Ralston is another super star and fits right in. She is the only one that my Mom trusted enuff to do her ADL's with. I want everyone at Brightstar from Crystal,Miss Becca, Jodi super star, Miss Lisa to. I want to give everyone at Brightstar a pat on the back. They have steped in and helped us during a very confusing time and discombobulated situation. I sincerely thank you guys for all your help and guidance that i have received. I was on the phone with guys at midnight 1am anytime I needed them Miss Crystal was there and had options and things that they could do. It's not about the money to them. But they do work hard for there money.Great company to deal with. They are well organized and are more Than willing to suggest things that you can do.Give us options and follow thru with them. Bright star was an amazing partner in helping me bring my Grandmother home for her last days in hospice. Having 24/7 care to help me with navigating the last several days with y Grandmother was invaluable. The entire team was great but I have to give a huge shout out to Sierra. Her gentle demeanor made her Grandma’s favorite person in her last days. Sierra read to Grandma for hours, Sierra was the only one who Grandma would eat for. Sierra helped a ton around the house. Sierras calm, gentle, loving spirit made the last days easier. Thank you Bright Star and Sierra for helping Grandma and I navigate our last days together.

My family had the privilege of meeting and hiring Chelsea, one of BrightStar's part-time Care providers. Chelsea cared for my 83 yr old father while he was living in the Healthcare Center at Butterfield Village. We wanted additional one on one care for my Dad as his Parkinson's was worsening his physical and cognitive condition. Chelsea only had the opportunity to care for my Dad 3 or 4 full eight hour day shifts. In that short amount of time, she treated him with so much warmth, dignity and respect. She held his hand when she spoke warmly to him and always smiled and engaged him in talk about his days with the boyscouts. I live out of state from my father, so having Chelsea be there for my Dad when I couldn't be means the world to me! Thank you BrightStar for sending such a wonderful caretaker to my Dad! Chelsea, thank you for making a difference in my father's life right up to the end.

I cannot begin to Express how awesome the home health aids have been. My mom is in hospice and every caregiver sent by Brightstar has made an effort to connect and comfort my mom. From their cooking, personal care and friendly conversations it is heart warming to watch them tend to her needs. Shamain, Vickie, Barb, Alyssa and Whitney have all made mom feel comfortable and respected in her home. My mom calls them "her helpers" and looks forward to seeing them amd has learned their names too. Highly recommend Brightstar to anyone who needs support for their loved ones.

My mother is very pleased with the help she has received from Gloria at Brightstar. she is very friendly and efficient. She takes initiative and gets the job done.

My grandmother had a fall over the summer and we had a care giver from bright star name lyndi and she was so professional, and compassionate. I never personally met her but I feel like I have. The way Nanna has talked about her makes Mr feel like I have if all the employees are like that make sme feel so much better knowing .they will receive the best care.
